What is our return policy?

Because each order is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item is defective, or

• You received the wrong item

If this occurs, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Our printers begin working on your order immediately to ensure timely production and delivery.
